Classic Recordings – ‘Robin Hood’ (1985)

Posted on by Dave

Here it is, at long last! I had to sit with my finger on the cassette for the 48-minute duration, as a little pressure was needed to make the audio rise above a mumble. Robin Hood was an awesome entry in the Spellbinder Tapes series, with rich voice acting and a fun, adventurous tale set to the mythic story of Robin Hood! I hope you guys enjoy, and as always, there is more to come!

Enjoy, and give us a LIKE on Facebook! There are plenty more to come, including some more Fisher-Price Classic Comics series! Stay-tuned, Amigos!

Thank you so much for rescuing these tapes! My originals are long gone, and it’s great to hear them again. Any chance Hans Brinker is in the collection? Would love to hear that one again.

Currently working on Hans! Thanks for listening!

Just curious how Hans is coming along? *anticipation*

I just bought the remaining Spellbinders off ebay. I’d be happy to digitize them after I receive them next week. The only one I won’t have is Wizard of Oz. Wizard is also the one my kid wants most. Can I offer you a trade? I’ll send you mp3s of Washington, Gulliver’s and Hans Brinker if you put Wizard of Oz up next?

      Absolutely, Andrew! Please please!! 😉

What email address can I send them to? I should receive the tapes early this week.
